Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Hanami Flowers do not accept refund or return. Hanami Flowers offer exchange or 30% (from Order price) gift coupon if the Customer is not satisfied with the result within 12 hours since Order was received. If 12 hours have passed since the Order was received, we cannot offer the Customer an exchange or gift coupon.

To be eligible for an exchange or gift coupon, the Order must be unused and in the same condition that the Customer received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift coupons
  • Balloons
  • Flowers

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchange or Gift Coupon

Once the Customer claims for an exchange or gift coupon, Hanami Flowers requires the Order to be returned. The Order should meet the requirements of “Refund and Return Policy” to be exchanged. Hanami Flowers will notify the Customer of the approval or rejection of exchange or gift coupon.

If exchange or gift coupon is approved, it will be processed within 1 day.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Sale items cannot be exchanged.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift coupon. Once the returned item is received, a gift coupon will be sent to you.

Shipping returns

To return your product for an exchange or gift coupon, the Customer should bring the Order to one of our Pick up locations(West Hollywood).

The Customer will be responsible for paying for own shipping costs for returning the Order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange, the cost of exchange shipping will be deducted from the exchange price.
